Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout stage before you confirm your order.
There are no hidden fees—the total amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.


Order Dispatch Commitment

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays in Mauritius. During high-volume periods such as promotions, sales, or new product launches, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.


Key Shipping Guidelines

1. Single Delivery Address

Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only, as provided during checkout.
To deliver items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery is generally completed within 2–5 working days across Mauritius, depending on location and courier operations.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote or hard-to-access locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control


3. Shipping Days

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Courier Services & Tracking

We ship orders using reputed and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress.


5. Order Fulfillment & Split Shipments

We make every effort to ship all items in a single order together. However, in rare cases where certain items require separate handling or availability differs, your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.


6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, broken, or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the delivery

  • Inform our customer support team immediately

7. Invoice & Order Documentation

Each shipment includes an invoice with order and payment details.
If you require a duplicate or digital copy, please contact us with your Order ID.


International Shipping

At present, we ship only within Mauritius.
For customers in other regions, please refer to our respective regional websites or authorized retail partners.


Statutory Consumer Rights (Mauritius)

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Mauritius. This policy operates in addition to rights provided by applicable law.
