Returns Policy

At Coral Perfumes, we are committed to providing high-quality perfumes and personal care products. Due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of these products, we do not accept returns once an order has been successfully delivered, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, leaked, broken, missing, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange, as they cannot be reused or resold for health and safety reasons.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Broken

  • Leaked

  • Missing

  • Incorrect

You must notify our customer care team within 24–48 hours of delivery. In verified cases of transit damage or fulfillment errors, we may offer a replacement or refund, subject to internal verification.

An unboxing video clearly showing the original, sealed packaging is mandatory for all claims related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products.

If the outer package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.


Product Use Disclaimer

Our perfumes contain natural extracts and fragrance ingredients.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions, sensitivities, or allergies, as skin chemistry varies from person to person. Damages or issues caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Negligence

  • Incorrect application

are not covered under this policy. We strongly recommend conducting a patch test before full use, as stated on product labels.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in genuine and verified cases where:

  • The product is damaged, broken, leaked, missing, or incorrect at delivery

  • The claim is reported within the specified timeframe

  • Required photo/video evidence is provided

Important Refund Conditions

  • Claims for “delivered but not received” orders must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

  • Claims raised after the allowed period will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, as these are charged by third-party courier partners.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timelines

Once approved:

  • Refunds are usually initiated within 4–7 working days

  • It may take up to 15 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid Orders

  • A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted for cancellations made before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation confirmation.

Returned Shipments

If a prepaid order is returned to us after dispatch due to customer non-acceptance or incorrect address details, a flat handling and logistics deduction may apply before processing any eligible refund.


Statutory Consumer Rights (Mauritius)

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act of Mauritius. This policy applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect remedies available under applicable law.
